This annual event allows us to recognize and honor the top 32 young advertising, marketing & creative professionals in the SoCal region. Young professionals are vital to the advancement of the advertising and marketing space, and at Ad 2 SoCal we feel it is important to highlight and acknowledge those who have made an impact on their schools, companies, and communities at large!

RULES
To be eligible...
- Nominee must be 32 years old or younger as of May 2026.
- Nominee must live or work in Southern California*
- Nominee must work in or contribute to the advertising, marketing, media, design, or communications industries — including agency, brand, freelance, or nonprofit roles.
- Nominee must have demonstrated professional excellence, creativity, and leadership within their field.
- Ad 2 or AAF membership is not required to be nominated or to win.
*Southern California is defined as anywhere south of & including Santa Barbara County.
