RULES

To be eligible...

  1. Nominees must be 32 years of age or younger on December 31, 2024.
  2. Nominees must live, work or be an active member of the Southern California region.


*Southern California is defined as anywhere south of & including Santa Barbara County.

**Multiple nominations does not necessarily increase the chance of winning.
